Final year students: Candidates appearing for their Final Semester Examination and expecting their results by 15th June, 2010 can also apply subject to passing the qualifying degree with specified percentage of marks at the time of interview
Max. Age as on 01.04.2010 : 37 yrs Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and 3 years in the case of candidates belonging to OBC.
Selection1) The selection process will consist of Written Test and Interview.
2) The tentative date for the written test will be 30.05.2010. However, candidates will be intimated separately the exact date, time and venue of the written test.
3) Only those candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks in the written test alone will be called for the interview

Application fee
A Demand Draft for Rs.500/- in favour of “HLL Lifecare Limited” payable at Trivandrum to be sent along with a copy of the print out of the application submitted online/application sent through post. Those candidates belonging to SC/ST/ PWD candidates are exempted from this payment.
Training
Candidates selected as Management Trainee will be placed on training for a period of one year. On successful completion of training, they will be placed as Assistant Managers.Emoluments: During the period of training, the Management Trainees will be given a stipend of Rs.15000
