Eight applicants were approved for registration without examination as Radiologic Technologists and 19 as X-Ray Technicians.
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Monday, June 25, 2007 but not later than July 17, 2007. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 1 piece 1" x 1" picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of R600 and Annual Registration Fee of R450 for 2007- 2010 for Radiologic Technologist; Initial Registration Fee of R450 and Annual Registration Fee of R420 for 2007-2010 for X-Ray Technicians. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examinations as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board on Sunday, July 22, 2007 at 1 p.m. at the Club Filipino, Eisenhower Street, Greenhills, San Juan.
Registration for membership with the Philippine Association of Radiologic Technologists, Inc. (PART) will start on Monday, June 25, 2007.

Indian Navy Short Service Commission (Observer Officer) in the Aviation Cadre of Executive Branch 2010-11
Applications are invited from unmarried Men and Women candidates for Short Service Commission (Observer Officer) in the Aviation Cadre of Executive Branch of the Indian Navy for Course commencing Jan 2011 at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala.
Educational Qualifications: A candidate must be a graduate in any discipline with an aggregate of 65% marks. The candidate must have passed 10 + 2 with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects.
Age: 19 to 23 years, born between 02 Jan 1988 and 01 Jan 1992; both datesinclusive.
Physical Standards (a) Height and Weight. Minimum height Men -162.5 cms and Women 152 cms with correlated weight, leg length, sitting height and thigh length. (b) Eye Sight. The minimum acceptable vision standard for distant vision 6/6, 6/9 correctable to 6/6, 6/6. Should not be colour/night blind.
Application must be accompanied by attested copies of 10th Standard Certificate (for verification of date of birth) and other educational certificates as required. Male Applicants willing to be considered for Short Service Executive (General Service) in case not qualifying Aviation medicals should endorse the same. The Candidate would be considered for the same if educationally qualified and meeting selection criteria/vacancies.
