WALK IN INTERVIEW FOR THE POST OF RESIDENT ENGINEERS (ON CONTRACT BASIS)
FOR POSTING AT PROJECT SITES ACROSS THE COUNTRY
The eligible candidates, who are fulfilling the below mentioned specification are invited to attend walk-in-interview as per annexed schedule for the post of Resident Engineer (on contract basis for 14 months) for urgent posting at Terminal Automation System (TAS) locations of HPCL, across the country.
Resident Engineers : 19 posts (UR-11, SC-3, ST-1, OBC-4) on contract basis
Qualification : Degree in Engineering in Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication / Electrical (with min. 60% marks) (55% for SC/ST), 2 (Two) years or more work experience in erection, commissioning & supervision of Terminal Automation System (TAS). The applicant must also have complete knowledge of all applicable codes and standards etc.
Max. Age (As on 31.3.2010) : 55 years
PERIOD OF ENGAGEMENT: 14 months on contract basis (starting mid May 2010) which may be further extended as per project requirement at the sole discretion of the management.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW:
Attested photocopies of documents (S.No. i, ii, iii, iv & vii) alongwith originals for verification:
i) Date of Birth (SSLC / SSC)
ii) Engineering Degree Certificate & Marksheets
iii) SC / ST / OBC / PH certificate in the prescribed format issued by the competent authority.
Please note that the candidates seeking benefits of reservation under OBC (non-creamy
layer) category must submit the certificate in appropriate form with heading “FORM OF
CERTIFICATE TO BE PRODUCED BY OTHER BACKWARD CLASSES APPLYING FOR APPOINTMENT TO POSTS UNDER THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA”.
iv) Experience certificates clearly mentioning the actual period served in the organisation(s).
Please note that the length of experience will be treated strictly based on documents
produced as a proof and determination of remuneration will be based on the same.
v) The candidates employed in Govt. / Quasi Government / PSU / Autonomous bodies must
produce NOC at the time of Interview. In case, the candidate fails to produce the
certificate his/ her candidature will not be considered.
vi) One passport size photograph
vii) PAN Card / Voter ID / Passport / Driving License – Any of these as ID proof.
Please note that candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria, and not producing the required documents will not be interviewed.
Candidates are advised to send a confirmation mail about their attending the interview at pers@pdilin.com by 14.4.2010. The subject in your confirmation mail may please be mentioned as “RESIDENT ENGINEER (Date of interview - _________ Venue ______________)” only. Candidates are further advised to send a scanned copy of CV format alongwith their confirmation mails and bring the same in original at the time of interview.
